In order to help others, you have to help yourself first.
After many years of dealing with gut issues, fatigue, brain fog, inflammation and digestion issues amongst various other symptoms; my wellness journey started off mainly focusing and emphasizing exercising and diet. While these factors may have helped to an extent, it was only when I was lead on my spiritual journey and I was really forced to take a deep dive into my spiritual, emotional, mental & social wellbeing; did I really come to understand the need for am overall holistic approach to mind, body & spirit.
Only when I truly came to the understanding that nothing works in isolation & everything is connected , physically & energetically, could I really start feeling sustainable shifts physically & energetically.
After doing various certifications & trainings in Yoga, Yoga Therapy, nutrition, energetics, TRE (Trauma Release Exercises), energetics, astrology, breathwork, nervous system regulation, meditation & mindfulness; I have collected a variety of tools, practices and knowledge to help myself on my wellness journey and to help others along the way.
My aim is to simplify the process for each individual person on their wellness journey. When things can feel overwhelming with the amount of information and resources out there, my intention is to really be able to hone in on where you are at on your journey, what is right for YOU and how can we simplify things and implement the necessary tools, practices and changes that will benefit YOU and are manageable for YOU, your body & where YOU are at in your life.

My Approach
My approach to wellness is both gentle and holistic. I truly believe in zooming out to see the full picture of all of the elements affecting one’s life and well-being. Combined with the very important element of self compassion and gentleness. There is no quick fix, we are all growing and evolving, and only through a gentle, mindful approach can we allow ourselves to truly heal, grow and subtly make the transitions and changes we wish for.
One of my main wellness principles stands on the fact that no two bodies, minds or people are the same. We are all built uniquely in our own beautiful makeup which requires different approaches, exercise regimes, lifestyles, diets, meditations for everyone. I approach this by truly understanding what is right for one person, may be entirely wrong for another. This process of working with me allows us to really increase self awareness of tuning in to what works, listening to your body, intuition & heart and designing and implementing practices and tools from that intuition-led space.
