Six week Holistic wellness program

Join like-minded individuals embarking on a wellness journey for a six week program held online with weekly live sessions.

During these six weeks we will take a dive into all areas of holistic wellbeing: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual & Social.

This course allows you to find practical tools, methods, practices to implement that resonate with YOU and can help you make changes under all the holistic pillars of health.
